However, most of our members do not start with the skills and knowledge neccessary to build all the systems in the ships. Many of us got our start by purchasing a used ship (whole or partialy-built) from another member and learned from what we saw in that ship and in looking at the ships of other captains. Toward that end, the ships below are available either whole or partially-built from our members. MWCI makes no claims or services regarding the sale of these ships. Anyone interested in a ship below MUST contact the member selling the ship and work out all arrangements. | |||||

One of our members is selling a trailer he no longer needs, in case anyone in our club is interested (any of you guys who carpool a lot to events, this could put everyone's stuff inside and more room for people in the car). Any ways, here is the information: 5' x 8' Cargo Trailer "Worksport" from Home Depot new in 2004 but low mileage includes all locks, ball lock for trailer hitch and spare wheel / tire (requires a 2" ball on hitch to pull) ![]() (click on either photo to see a larger view) Asking $ 1,250.00 (cost was $2,106.83 new) FOB: Land O Lakes, Florida or will negotiate. Anyone who is interested may contact the owner, Peter Kunisch (e-mail: comischpg@myrapidsys.com) I was also contacted by a fellow who is not an MWC member, but has a DKM Scharnhorst / Gniesenau Battlers Connection kit he has partially build for sale (with a radio!). He has a page set up with lots of photo's and more detailed information. You can see the page at: http://jcforbes.com/jcfpics/shipforsale If you are interested you can reach him at: Cody Forbes: cody@5000tq.com There are often ships listed on the "Port Polar Bear" chapter website, so it would be a good idea to check there as well.
